Lead the analysis and clarification of complex customer business requirements

Coordinate closely with UX and Solution Architects to steer alignment on solution deliverables

Oversee the creation of robust project backlogs, including detailed functional specifications

Set and document high-level project acceptance criteria and objectives

Supervise ongoing project activities and provide strategic guidance during testing phases

Manage stakeholder communication, alignment, and escalations at a leadership level

Facilitate high-impact workshops and verify stakeholder requirements' strategic fit

Ensure timely resolution of escalated challenges and critical project dependencies

Advocate for advanced best practices in SAP HCM implementations and tailored solutions

5+ years of experience in SAP HCM and related Business Analysis

At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience

Proven expertise in managing multi-level stakeholder engagement and executive communication

Leadership in delivering functional specifications and acceptance criteria documentation

Advanced experience collaborating with UX and solution architects on solution frameworks

In-depth knowledge of end-to-end implementation, testing, and support strategies

Strong proficiency in SAP project lifecycle management and advanced troubleshooting techniques

Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher)
