Lead the identification of promising business cases where generative AI can deliver significant value

Design, implement, and iterate on innovative generative AI models and solutions

Evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of generative AI systems in practical settings

Stay current with scientific advancements and integrate relevant research into project strategies

Build and validate generative AI applications tailored to client requirements

Work closely with ML engineers throughout the solution lifecycle, from ideation to deployment

Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define priorities and use cases for generative AI

Communicate project outcomes to stakeholders, translating technical results into business insights

Three or more years of experience in Data Science, specializing in generative model development such as LLMs, GANs, VAEs, or Diffusion models

Background in computer vision and NLP, with hands-on work involving multimodal data like images, text, and audio

Direct experience with OpenAI GPT-x and expertise in model fine-tuning

Ability to produce clean, maintainable, and production-grade code using best practices

Advanced proficiency in Python

Skilled in at least one deep learning framework, for example PyTorch or TensorFlow

Experience in optimizing and deploying deep learning models for real-world use

Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

English language skills at B2+ level or higher

Knowledge of additional generative AI frameworks and the latest industry trends

Experience with reinforcement learning and self-supervised learning methods

Understanding of MLOps tools and best practices for deploying and managing AI models
