Participate in detailed knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes, configurations, and custom code within the SAP SRM in Sourcing stream

Conduct practical exercises in lower environments to validate and strengthen acquired knowledge

Review and update support documentation, including SOPs and runbooks, to ensure accuracy and usability

Manage escalations and resolve complex incidents related to the SAP SRM in Sourcing stream

Facilitate shadowing and reverse shadowing activities to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities during the knowledge transfer phase

Provide ongoing support for SAP SRM in Sourcing processes to maintain operational stability and effectiveness

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize and innovate SAP SRM in Sourcing workflows in alignment with business objectives

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting or related roles

Expertise in SAP Supplier Relationship Management, including its configurations and functionalities

Strong understanding of sourcing processes and their integration within SAP SRM

Capable of analyzing and resolving complex system issues with advanced problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Adaptability to dynamic business requirements and evolving project needs

Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher

Experience with SAP-SRM: Strategic Sourcing and its application in procurement workflows

Familiarity with large-scale SAP transformation or modernization projects

Certifications in SAP SRM-related modules or sourcing solutions
