Extract data from Spotfire reports in Clarity PPM and export to Excel spreadsheets

Transform data utilizing intermediate to advanced Excel formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, macros, and office scripts

Load data by converting Excel spreadsheets to .csv files and uploading them to SharePoint folders

Operate and adjust UiPath StudioX bots for Automatic Timesheet Approval and BMO Pop workflows

Develop and update Power BI desktop reports with intermediate to advanced DAX expressions

Oversee Power BI workspaces, publish reports to Power BI Service, and distribute reports as apps

Incorporate Power Apps into Power BI reports for user comments and configure Power Automate workflows for data refreshes

Compose SQL queries for generating reports and link Power BI to SQL Server databases

Design and maintain SharePoint pages including web parts and control user permissions for SharePoint Document Library folders

Conduct ad hoc data analytics and visualization tasks as needed

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and visualization

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, macros, and office scripts

Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI including report creation, DAX expressions, workspace administration, and deployment

Knowledge of SQL with ability to write queries for report generation

Familiarity with UiPath StudioX for automating business processes

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint including page design and managing user permissions

Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail

Capability to work according to Toronto office hours and handle early data extraction tasks

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members

English proficiency at B2 level or above

Experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with Power BI reports

Understanding of Clarity PPM system for project and portfolio management

Knowledge of automation scripting and bot development beyond basic UiPath StudioX

Certification in Microsoft Power BI or related analytics tools

Experience with data governance and security best practices in SharePoint environments
