Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines

Build and maintain scalable and efficient data foundations

Ensure data quality and availability for analytics and reporting purposes

Implement storage solutions aligned with relevant legislation and organizational policies

Incorporate security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and flexibility in data solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering or similar roles

Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification)

Expertise in Snowflake, Matillion, and dbt for data warehousing, integration, transformation, and modeling

Knowledge of Amazon AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, and Lambda

Familiarity with open-source tools like Apache Kafka and Apache Spark

Strong expertise in data processing concepts and methods, with competency in SQL and NoSQL databases

Background in data governance, management best practices, and compliance standards

Experience with machine learning and data mining techniques as applicable to data engineering

Understanding of Salesforce, DCE, ERP, and Finance Systems data

Proficiency in data visualization tools for monitoring pipeline performance

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
