Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders and senior leadership to establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure smooth execution
- Direct and guide multidisciplinary teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, analysts, and quality assurance specialists
- Manage daily project operations, monitor progress, and resolve challenges or obstacles as they arise
- Serve as the primary communicator between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, data security protocols, and internal policies
- Use project tracking tools and methodologies to monitor performance and deliver regular updates to stakeholders
- Lead change management initiatives and provide user training to support the adoption of new Salesforce systems and features
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management strategies and tools for better outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Eight or more years of experience in Salesforce-related roles
- At least three years in leadership roles such as Manager, Architect, Coordinator, Lead, or Owner
- Two or more years of experience managing teams of 20 or more members
- Experience participating in at least five full-cycle Salesforce projects or launching products or key product features to market
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, products, and functionalities
- Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in project management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in fast-paced settings
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or PMP
- Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or APIs
- Knowledge of data migration processes and strategies for change management
