Lead and manage a team of SAP experts, providing guidance and oversight for all SAP Logistics operations

Build, develop, and mentor high-performing SAP Logistics teams across multiple global locations

Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, staffing, utilization, performance management, promotions, and compensation

Drive global strategic initiatives to support the growth and advancement of the SAP Logistics discipline

Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects

Manage direct customer relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, team performance, and adherence to project timelines and schedules

Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP Logistics, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Engineering roles

At least 3 years of experience in leadership or management roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator

A minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees

Participation in at least 5 full-cycle SAP projects or experience in launching a product or key product capability to the market

Strong expertise in SAP Logistics (SCM), including functional knowledge and implementation experience

Advanced communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
