Define and approve complex Epics, user stories, and measurable key success outcomes

Guide cross-functional teams in the elaboration of user stories, business rules, and strategic outcomes

Oversee product scope management while balancing competing priorities and strategic initiatives

Lead sprint reviews, provide high-level directional feedback, and validate alignment with long-term objectives

Monitor and evaluate stakeholder input to adapt the product backlog and adjust priorities dynamically

Ensure alignment of incident management and resolution efforts with broader business strategy and product direction

Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for critical business questions and strategic clarifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred

8+ years of professional experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field

A minimum of 3 years in leadership or managerial roles, including guiding cross-functional teams

Proven expertise in advanced Product Ownership and Product Management principles

Comprehensive knowledge of the Insurance industry, with a focus on delivering business value

Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies and seamless application of Scrum processes

Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer-first leadership approach

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Analytical thinking combined with an ability to manage complexity and drive solutions

Fluency in English at a B2+/C1 level for effective collaboration and documentation

Strong knowledge of annuities, retirement planning, and financial services products

Significant hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira and Scaled Agile Framework for large team management

Proven ability to oversee and refine complex user story development and Agile delivery workflows
