Resolve VIM tickets and change requests promptly

Support SAP VIM projects with strong expertise in support processes

Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align SAP VIM functionalities with business needs

Customize and optimize SAP VIM features including invoice capture, data extraction, workflow approval, and reporting

Facilitate integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and related systems

Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues ensuring efficient SAP VIM operation

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on SAP VIM features

Monitor industry trends and propose system upgrades and enhancements

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and budgets

Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for SAP VIM

Lead small teams to deliver project objectives effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management

Strong understanding of vendor invoice management and accounts payable best practices

Proven ability to configure and customize SAP VIM functionalities

Excellent problem-solving skills for complex issue resolution

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement

Experience integrating SAP VIM with other SAP modules and third-party systems

SAP VIM certification highly preferred

English proficiency level B2 or higher

Experience with SAP ECC and S4 HANA integration

Prior experience leading SAP support projects

Knowledge of procurement and finance business processes
