Responsibilities
- Support end users both onsite and via remote connections
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including computers, printers, and scanners
- Coordinate with service providers and network teams
- Maintain and support meeting room tech setups
- Ensure SLA and ticket response compliance
- Install and diagnose software issues
- Manage and close incident tickets promptly
- Maintain server room environment
- Handle and organize IT cabling
- Comply with IT work policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory
Requirements
- Two or more years of relevant IT support experience
- Knowledge of fundamental networking and troubleshooting
- Expertise in Microsoft operating system troubleshooting
- Friendly and eager to assist users
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Readiness to learn new tech and adapt to changes
- Ability to work well under stress
- Follow instructions from supervisors accurately
- Ability to meet deadlines
- English proficiency at intermediate level
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW or similar tools
- Understanding of IT security principles
- Polish language proficiency
- Experience with MacOS and Linux systems
