Provide expertise in SAP applications and their integration with non-SAP systems to support business processes in the O2C and P2P areas

Collaborate with business teams and Global IT functions to design, develop, and integrate IT solutions

Manage the delivery of application changes in a Kanban environment, ensuring they meet specifications, deadlines, and budgets

Ensure enhancements in the O2C and P2P processes follow established principles, patterns, and standards

Create formal design documents and specifications for new solutions to guide the development process

Communicate the relationship between business processes and application functionality during change activities to ensure alignment

Build and maintain effective working relationships with external partners and consultants to maximize business value

Provide expertise to the Applications Support Manager to ensure service levels are met, including formal handovers of newly developed solutions

Stay updated on external developments in SAP applications to identify opportunities for leveraging future advancements

Support the creation and refinement of strategies, standards, policies, and procedures within your area of expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP O2C or P2P consulting roles

Proven track record of delivering SAP applications in the O2C or P2P domain, including participation in at least three full lifecycle SAP projects

Deep understanding of ERP systems and their integration with SAP modules

Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing SAP technical and functional changes in a global organization

Ability to translate business requirements into packaged SAP solutions

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively

SAP Certification in relevant modules such as MM, SD, FI, or CO

Proficient English language skills (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
