Responsibilities
- Design scalable and robust architectures for SAP BTP solutions
- Define technical standards and best practices for cloud-based development
- Oversee the integration of SAP BTP with other enterprise systems
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Review and validate architectural decisions throughout project lifecycles
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and requirements
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption strategies
- Support the resolution of complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution roadmaps
- Drive continuous improvement in architectural processes and methodologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development or architecture
- At least 2 years in roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more members
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or involvement in multiple projects across various development phases
- Strong background in cloud-native development, especially with SAP BTP
- Advanced skills in SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) using Node.js and TypeScript, with Java experience considered a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Proficient in using lean development infrastructure tools such as Git, TeamCity, and Jenkins, with exposure to Continuous Delivery practices
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, data processing frameworks, and cloud-native architecture
- Solid understanding of containerization and CI/CD pipeline management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in global and multicultural teams
- Organized and goal-oriented approach to project execution
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2 level or above
