Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements across Sales, Service, Marketing, and other functions
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for the Salesforce development team
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and design reviews to align stakeholders and delivery teams
- Partner with Solution Architects and Developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- Perform impact analysis on new requests to evaluate feasibility and recommend solutions
- Support system testing by reviewing test cases, performing UAT coordination, and validating functionality against requirements
- Help define data requirements, security needs, and reporting metrics to support decision-making
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation for business processes, workflows, and system changes
- Act as a trusted advisor, promoting Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and their capabilities
- Proficient in business process mapping, requirements elicitation techniques, and user story writing
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data model fundamentals
- English language proficiency at the B2+ level
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst
- Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations including Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud
- Knowledge of integration patterns, data migration approaches, and testing best practices
- Background working in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
