Responsibilities
- Oversee process chain monitoring and resolve issues to maintain system dependability
- Identify and implement lasting solutions to minimize recurring failures
- Manage incident and service request tickets in partnership with functional teams
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and document SAP BW solutions
- Support SAP BW environments primarily utilizing AMDP and ABAP technologies
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define system requirements and improvements
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in SAP BW development
- Engage in knowledge sharing and promote continuous learning within the team
- Lead transition of key activities from previous vendors to align with EPAM standards
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP BW on HANA 7.5 spanning at least 5 years
- Advanced expertise in AMDP with 90-95% utilization in current projects
- Solid knowledge of ABAP for SAP BW development and support
- Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence 4.2
- Experience with process chain monitoring and troubleshooting failures
- Strong skills in analyzing, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and documenting SAP BW solutions
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and teams
- English language proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above
