Review code and develop new features while adhering to established software development standards

Oversee application performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain system stability

Prepare detailed technical and user documentation to facilitate application usage and support

Collaborate with team members to monitor progress and address operational challenges

Engage with clients and stakeholders on technical topics, providing updates and metrics to management

Support the creation, enhancement, and execution of development workflows to optimize team efficiency

Make strategic decisions on design and architecture to ensure the application is scalable and easy to maintain

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP development or similar positions

At least 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams

Demonstrated expertise in SAPUI5, SAP BTP, SAP HANA, SAP CAP, Node.js, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Piper, and Webdriver.IO

Strong knowledge of design principles and hands-on experience with microservice architecture

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, for effective team collaboration and project execution

Solid understanding of JavaScript and Node.js, with practical experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA database, and SAP CAP (Java, Node.js)

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
