Responsibilities
- Assist users locally and remotely with IT-related problems
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and scanners
- Coordinate with network engineers and service providers for technical help
- Maintain IT equipment in meeting rooms
- Ensure timely support ticket resolution and SLA adherence
- Install and troubleshoot software
- Manage incident tickets and deliver quick responses
- Oversee server room maintenance
- Organize IT cabling
- Follow IT instructions and procedures
- Keep hardware inventory accurate and current
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in IT support
- Good foundational knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
- Strong Microsoft OS troubleshooting skills
- Client-oriented attitude with readiness to assist colleagues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technology
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to follow supervisor guidelines
- Focus on meeting deadlines and completing tasks
- Intermediate proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Experience with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW or similar ITSM platforms
- Knowledge of IT security practices
- Proficiency in Polish language
- Experience with MacOS and Linux operating systems
