Collaborate closely with Business Stakeholders, UX Designers, Solution Engineers, Digital Product Managers, and Product Owners to align with the team's vision and objectives

Facilitate effective communication and coordination across product teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives

Maintain and prioritize a backlog with at least 2-3 sprints' worth of refined user stories

Ensure smooth hand-off processes and communicate procedures across relevant teams and portfolios

Participate in PI planning sessions to understand portfolio objectives and translate them into actionable goals for product teams

5+ years of professional experience in Product Management

A minimum of 2 years in leadership or managerial roles, including guiding cross-functional teams

Background in financial services, ideally including Wealth Management

Expertise in consumer-facing digital experiences and Investment Trading systems (preferred)

Business acumen and demonstrable ability to deliver projects with a customer-centric perspective

Strong communication and presentation skills with competency in stakeholder engagement

Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work with accuracy-driven results

Ability to handle diverse tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize workload under changing circumstances

English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Familiarity with Financial Services operations and finance-related processes

Knowledge of broker-dealer models or similar frameworks

Proficiency in creating solutions tailored to Wealth Management clients
