Expertise in SAP Retail and SAP-SCM modules dedicated to Forecasting and Replenishment

Knowledge of SAP SCM-based systems, such as SAP F&R

Background in SAP Retail, encompassing purchasing and sales workflows

Proficiency in analyzing intricate configurations, business logic, and custom code within SAP Forecasting and Replenishment solutions

Skills in managing escalations and resolving high-impact incidents using SAP methodologies

Capability to deliver effective communication with stakeholders and translate technical insights into actionable strategies

Qualifications in both written and spoken English communication at a B2 level or above
