Responsibilities
- Support end users locally and remotely with IT issues
- Configure, set up, and troubleshoot hardware and peripherals
- Work alongside network engineers and service providers for technical assistance
- Maintain technology in meeting rooms
- Monitor support tickets and ensure SLA compliance
- Install and repair software applications
- Administer incident ticketing and provide timely solutions
- Manage server room upkeep
- Organize IT equipment cabling
- Follow IT work procedures and guidelines
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Solid skills in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
- Client-focused approach with willingness to help colleagues
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Motivated to learn new technologies and face challenges
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to comply with supervisor instructions
- Commitment to deadlines and task completion
- Intermediate English language skills
Nice to have
- Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- Experience with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW or equivalent ITSM tools
- Awareness of IT security best practices
- Knowledge of Polish language
- Experience with MacOS and Linux environments
