Design and implement ServiceNow modules spanning ITAM, APM, CMDB, and ITSM

Create and sustain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and system integrations

Ensure solutions meet business objectives, scalability, and compliance standards

Maintain an accurate and comprehensive CMDB with dependable configuration item relationships

Deploy discovery, data normalization, and reconciliation techniques

Configure ITAM workflows to maximize asset utilization and ensure compliance

Support APM functions to map applications and oversee technology lifecycles

Enhance ITSM workflows to boost operational effectiveness

Develop automation and self-service features to improve service delivery

Integrate ITSM with ITAM, APM, and CMDB data for holistic visibility

Document ServiceNow solutions thoroughly including designs and standard operating procedures

Engage in platform roadmap development, system upgrades, and release coordination

Identify and implement performance enhancements and innovative solutions

Mentor junior developers and administrators on technical matters

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Over 5 years of practical ServiceNow development and administration experience

Demonstrated expertise in at least three areas: ITAM, APM, CMDB, ITSM

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and scripting using JavaScript and Glide API

Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and REST/SOAP API integrations

Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices for IT Asset and Service Management

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders effectively

Proven ability to work autonomously and lead technical projects

Commitment to platform governance, data integrity, and continual improvement

Collaborative team player focused on knowledge sharing

English proficiency at B2 level or above

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential

Implementation Specialist certifications such as CIS – ITAM, CIS – APM, CIS – CMDB, CIS – ITSM

Experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

Knowledge of data modeling, CMDB governance frameworks, and business capability mapping
