1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager

Good knowledge and experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Sense of ownership and responsibility with a team-player mindset

Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

Ability to adapt effectively to changing environments

Self-motivation with the ability to stay focused amidst distractions

Analytical and quick thinking skills

Ability to prevent and resolve conflicts and misunderstandings

Knowledge of techniques to address gaps in Agile and Scrum processes

Experience with successful Agile techniques

English proficiency at the B2 level or higher

Prior experience in financial services industry

Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives in projects or companies
