Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to gather relevant requirements
- Analyze business requirements to envision solution design in advance
- Participate in business workshops and perform Fit-to-Standard analysis
- Configure and customize SAP Logistics modules
- Create project documentation including training and education materials for business users
- Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions effectively
- Translate business requirements to align with packaged SAP solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with SAP standards and best practices
- Provide expert advice on SAP Logistics and SCM processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within SAP projects
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SAP O2C or P2P consultant
- Strong understanding of ERP systems with practical experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Proven track record of delivering successful SAP technical and functional changes globally
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience delivering SAP applications in O2C (SD) or P2P (MM) areas
- Experience working with global clients and cross-cultural teams
