Design, develop, test, and maintain Data Service Portal software solutions

Build and optimize data contract administration and automation triggers for Access and FGA

Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable software

Implement monitoring, regression testing, and alerting frameworks using Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry

Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of Data Service Portal solutions

Conduct code peer reviews, write unit and integration tests, and maintain documentation

Participate in agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Support DevOps activities, system maintenance, and operational issue resolution

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

3+ years of software engineering experience with front-end and back-end development focus on data-intensive systems

Strong background in designing extensible, reliable, maintainable solutions using design patterns and Object-Oriented Programming

Experience with front-end and back-end automated testing

Strong experience developing and maintaining secure, reliable REST APIs using FastAPI

Proficiency with Python, Vue, FastAPI, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Azure stack including Azure DevOps

Experience with containerization and cloud platforms (Azure required)

Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry

Experience with DevOps practices and agile methodologies like Scrum

Strong analytical and process structuring skills with a solution-oriented mindset

Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-team work

Ability to mentor peers and contribute to continuous improvement culture

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Experience with Terraform and Databricks

Knowledge of Access and Fine Grained Authorization (FGA) services automation
