Manage a multi-step recruitment process that covers external training, pre-production, and transition into the production environment

Adapt and apply best practices from the Global EPAM Campus to fit the needs of Argentina

Collaborate with Recruiting and Marketing teams to streamline candidate management

Recruit, mentor, and oversee a local group of administrators, trainers, and mentors

Lead student education labs as the Unit manager to ensure effective daily operations

Track student development and provide guidance to help them achieve success in the program

Build partnerships with universities and colleges to access talent and launch joint initiatives

Engage in projects that support the Knowledge Economy (LEC) regime under National Law N°27.570

Minimum two years of experience in talent development or a related area

Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building, trust development, and supporting local leadership

Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience working with universities and educational institutions to negotiate agreements and coordinate internships or entry-level programs

Clear communication skills for engaging with students, interns, technical leaders, and executives

Empathy and leadership to inspire, coach, and support young professionals during onboarding

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to measure training and internship program outcomes using KPIs such as employability, retention, and satisfaction

Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at B2 level or above

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Training & Development, Human Resources, or a similar field

Experience running educational programs for IT professionals

Existing relationships with local IT education providers and colleges

Background in software development as an engineer or manager

Experience in IT education as a trainer or in HR/TA roles within IT organizations

Preference for candidates based in Buenos Aires or Cordoba

Openness to a hybrid work schedule, with regular office attendance each week
