Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to end users both onsite and remotely
- Configure and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, printers, and scanners
- Collaborate with network engineers and service providers for issue resolution
- Manage technology equipment in meeting rooms
- Track support tickets and ensure adherence to service level agreements
- Install and troubleshoot software applications
- Handle incident ticketing and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee maintenance of the server room
- Arrange and maintain IT equipment cabling
- Adhere to IT procedures and work instructions
- Update and manage hardware inventory records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support roles
- Good understanding of networking basics and troubleshooting methods
- Proficient in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to challenges
- Capable of working effectively under pressure
- Able to follow instructions from supervisors
- Dedicated to meeting deadlines and completing tasks punctually
- Intermediate English language skills
Nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiarity with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or similar ITSM tools
- Knowledge of IT security principles
- Polish language proficiency
- Experience with MacOS and Linux systems
