Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support to end users both onsite and remotely
  • Configure and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, printers, and scanners
  • Collaborate with network engineers and service providers for issue resolution
  • Manage technology equipment in meeting rooms
  • Track support tickets and ensure adherence to service level agreements
  • Install and troubleshoot software applications
  • Handle incident ticketing and ensure timely resolution
  • Oversee maintenance of the server room
  • Arrange and maintain IT equipment cabling
  • Adhere to IT procedures and work instructions
  • Update and manage hardware inventory records
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support roles
  • Good understanding of networking basics and troubleshooting methods
  • Proficient in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
  • Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to challenges
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure
  • Able to follow instructions from supervisors
  • Dedicated to meeting deadlines and completing tasks punctually
  • Intermediate English language skills
Nice to have
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or similar ITSM tools
  • Knowledge of IT security principles
  • Polish language proficiency
  • Experience with MacOS and Linux systems
