Responsibilities
- Support end users onsite and remotely with IT-related requests
- Install, configure, and fix issues with computers, printers, and scanners
- Liaise effectively with service providers and network teams
- Maintain and support audiovisual and meeting room equipment
- Meet ticket response targets and service level agreements
- Install and troubleshoot various software applications
- Handle incident tickets and resolve problems quickly
- Oversee maintenance of the server room
- Manage cabling and organization of IT hardware
- Comply with all IT work instructions and standards
- Keep hardware inventory records accurate and up to date
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support roles
- Solid knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting techniques
- Experienced in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
- Friendly and approachable with a strong desire to help employees
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Follow directions from supervisors carefully
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
- Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields
- Familiarity with IT service management tools such as HPAM, HPSM, or ServiceNOW
- Understanding of IT security concepts
- Polish language fluency
- Experience with MacOS and Linux environments
