Responsibilities
- Assist end users both onsite and remotely with IT issues
- Install, set up, and resolve problems with computer hardware, printers, and scanners
- Coordinate communication with service providers and network engineers
- Support and maintain technology in meeting rooms
- Ensure timely response to tickets and adherence to service level agreements
- Deploy and troubleshoot software applications
- Manage incident tickets and provide quick issue resolution
- Maintain server room operations and upkeep
- Organize and manage IT equipment cabling
- Follow all IT-related protocols and instructions
- Update and maintain hardware inventory records
Requirements
- Relevant IT support experience of at least 2 years
- Good understanding of fundamental networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems
- Approachable and helpful attitude towards assisting employees
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving challenges
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- Skillful in meeting deadlines consistently
- Intermediate English language proficiency
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Experience with IT service management tools like HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or equivalents
- Knowledge of IT security fundamentals
- Fluent in Polish language
- Experience working with MacOS and Linux operating systems
