Responsibilities
- Assist users locally and remotely with IT problems
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals
- Coordinate with network engineers and external providers
- Manage technology in meeting rooms
- Track and ensure timely responses to support tickets
- Install and troubleshoot software
- Handle incident tickets and deliver prompt solutions
- Supervise server room upkeep
- Organize IT equipment cabling
- Follow IT work instructions and processes
- Keep hardware inventory records updated
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in IT support roles
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Strong skills in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
- Customer-oriented with a helpful approach
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work under pressure
- Follow directions from supervisors
- Reliable in meeting deadlines
- Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Experience with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW or similar ITSM platforms
- Knowledge of IT security practices
- Polish language proficiency
- Experience with MacOS and Linux operating systems
