Responsibilities
  • Assist users locally and remotely with IT problems
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals
  • Coordinate with network engineers and external providers
  • Manage technology in meeting rooms
  • Track and ensure timely responses to support tickets
  • Install and troubleshoot software
  • Handle incident tickets and deliver prompt solutions
  • Supervise server room upkeep
  • Organize IT equipment cabling
  • Follow IT work instructions and processes
  • Keep hardware inventory records updated
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in IT support roles
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
  • Strong skills in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
  • Customer-oriented with a helpful approach
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Follow directions from supervisors
  • Reliable in meeting deadlines
  • Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW or similar ITSM platforms
  • Knowledge of IT security practices
  • Polish language proficiency
  • Experience with MacOS and Linux operating systems
