Responsibilities
- Provide IT assistance to end users onsite and remotely
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware such as computers and printers
- Liaise with network engineers and service providers for technical issues
- Manage technology resources in meeting spaces
- Monitor support tickets and ensure SLA compliance
- Deploy and fix software applications
- Administer incident tickets and deliver quick fixes
- Oversee server room maintenance
- Arrange and maintain IT cabling
- Comply with IT directives and procedures
- Maintain accurate hardware inventories
Requirements
- At least 2 years working in IT support roles
- Good knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting
- Strong expertise in Microsoft OS problem resolution
- Customer service orientation with a readiness to assist
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Open to learning and adapting to new tech challenges
- Ability to handle pressure effectively
- Follow instructions from management
- Commitment to deadlines and task completion
- Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Familiarity with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW or similar ITSM tools
- Knowledge of IT security standards
- Polish language skills
- Background with MacOS and Linux operating systems
