Responsibilities
  • Provide IT assistance to end users onsite and remotely
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware such as computers and printers
  • Liaise with network engineers and service providers for technical issues
  • Manage technology resources in meeting spaces
  • Monitor support tickets and ensure SLA compliance
  • Deploy and fix software applications
  • Administer incident tickets and deliver quick fixes
  • Oversee server room maintenance
  • Arrange and maintain IT cabling
  • Comply with IT directives and procedures
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventories
Requirements
  • At least 2 years working in IT support roles
  • Good knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft OS problem resolution
  • Customer service orientation with a readiness to assist
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Open to learning and adapting to new tech challenges
  • Ability to handle pressure effectively
  • Follow instructions from management
  • Commitment to deadlines and task completion
  • Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Familiarity with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW or similar ITSM tools
  • Knowledge of IT security standards
  • Polish language skills
  • Background with MacOS and Linux operating systems
