Responsibilities
- Support end users onsite and remotely with IT issues
- Set up, configure, and repair computer hardware and peripherals
- Coordinate with network engineers and service vendors
- Maintain technology setup in meeting rooms
- Monitor and respond to support tickets within SLA requirements
- Install software and resolve related problems
- Manage incident ticketing system and provide solutions
- Maintain the server room environment
- Manage IT equipment cabling
- Adhere to all IT work instructions and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date hardware inventory
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support
- Good grasp of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
- Customer-focused with strong service orientation
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and challenges
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Capable of following supervisor guidance
- Reliable in meeting deadlines and delivering tasks
- Intermediate English knowledge
Nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related
- Experience with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW or similar ITSM platforms
- Awareness of IT security practices
- Fluency in Polish
- Experience working with MacOS and Linux systems
