Responsibilities
- Assist local and remote users with IT-related problems
- Set up and fix hardware including computers, printers, and scanners
- Work with network engineers and external providers for support
- Maintain and support meeting room technology
- Monitor support tickets and meet service level targets
- Install and troubleshoot various software programs
- Manage incident tickets and provide quick solutions
- Maintain server room conditions
- Organize cabling for IT devices
- Follow established IT procedures and guidelines
- Keep accurate records of hardware assets
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Strong skills in Microsoft operating system support
- Customer-oriented with a helpful attitude
- Excellent problem-solving and communication capabilities
- Willingness to learn and tackle new technologies
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Compliance with instructions from supervisors
- Commitment to timely task completion
- Intermediate proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- Experience with ITSM tools like HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW
- Understanding of IT security best practices
- Competence in Polish language
- Experience with MacOS and Linux environments
