Responsibilities
- Assist end users onsite and remotely with IT problems
- Install, configure, and repair computer hardware, printers, and scanners
- Coordinate with service providers and network engineers
- Support and maintain meeting room technology
- Meet ticket response deadlines and SLAs
- Install and troubleshoot software applications
- Manage incident tickets and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain server room operations
- Handle IT equipment cabling and organization
- Follow IT work protocols and instructions
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
- Friendly and helpful attitude towards employees
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to challenges
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Follow supervisors' guidance
- Capable of meeting deadlines
- Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or similar IT service tools
- Knowledge of IT security basics
- Fluent in Polish
- Experience with MacOS and Linux systems
