Responsibilities
- Develop and improve critical components of the platform
- Ensure the product is testable
- Participate in grooming, planning, tech, and estimation sessions
- Make architectural-level decisions independently
- Introduce innovative ideas to enhance company processes
- Support and refine product documentation
- Coach junior team members effectively
- Conduct thorough code reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development (Android or iOS)
- 3+ years of expertise in Flutter development
- Strong knowledge of Dart, including Dart streams and RxDart
- Proficiency in mobile architecture principles
- Solid understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
- Competency in REST and Sockets
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Kotlin, Java, or Swift
- Background in the CI/CD process
- Skills in Unit and Functional testing of mobile applications
