Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

At least 3 years of experience in System Engineering or a similar role, with hands-on expertise managing Google Workspace in enterprise environments

Deep knowledge of Google Workspace security configurations, including Context-Aware Access (CAA), SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

Experience managing Google Workspace Advanced Device Management for platforms such as ChromeOS, Android, and iOS

Proficiency in using Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Manager (GAM) for scripting, automation, and integrations

Familiarity with device management across Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS using tools like Kandji and Intune

Experience with identity management tools such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace for user authentication and access control

Ability to manage Google Meet hardware and deploy unified communication systems

Expertise in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell for automation and system integration

Strong communication skills that allow for clear explanation of technical concepts to diverse audiences

Knowledge of tools and strategies for implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

Experience working with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta

Advanced automation scripting capabilities to extend and optimize IT functionality
