Design and implement software and infrastructure as code to enhance the stability and performance of the development environment

Resolve client-impacting incidents and implement automation to minimize future issues

Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to streamline repetitive workflows

Advise on technology choices, perform research and feasibility assessments, and optimize software engineering practices

Own one or more software services to guarantee uninterrupted operation

Oversee branch management including naming conventions and tagging, and assist team members with merging code to master

Create monitoring tools to observe system health and behavior and address outages promptly

Participate in on-call rotations and serve as escalation point for critical incidents

Develop Kubernetes applications aligned with business needs

Proven experience in Kubernetes application development and containerized environments with at least 5 years

Advanced DevOps skills including CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Gitflow, and infrastructure as code development

Demonstrated ability in automation through scripting and programming languages

In-depth knowledge of security and identity standards such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP

Strong ownership mindset for managing software services and branch workflows

Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address incidents impacting client experience

Effective communication and collaboration skills for supporting teams and consulting tasks

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for global communication

Hands-on experience with Open Policy Agent and policy enforcement

Familiarity with Argo CD for implementing continuous delivery

Understanding of System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)
