Design, develop, and implement software and infrastructure as code to improve development environment stability and performance

Solve problems and incidents affecting client experience and build automation to prevent recurrence

Build, enhance, and maintain tooling and scripts to automate repetitive tasks

Consult on technologies, conduct research and feasibility studies, and improve software engineering processes

Take ownership of one or more services to ensure continuous operation

Manage branches including naming and tagging, and support team members in merging code into master

Build monitoring solutions to track system health and behavior and respond to outages

Share on-call rotation duties and act as an escalation contact for incidents

Develop Kubernetes applications to meet product business requirements

Experience with Kubernetes application development and containerized solutions with 3+ years

Strong DevOps expertise including CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Gitflow, and Infrastructure as Code development

Proven experience in automation using scripting and programming languages

Knowledge of security and identity protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP

Ability to take ownership and manage software services and branches effectively

Strong problem-solving skills to resolve incidents impacting client experience

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support team and consultancy tasks

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) to communicate effectively in a global environment

Experience with Open Policy Agent and policy enforcement

Familiarity with Argo CD for continuous delivery

Knowledge of System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)
