Coordinate resolution of issues with clients and their DBA/DevOps teams

Facilitate effective communication between the US Delivery Manager on-site and client teams

Oversee production incident workflows and manage communication with client stakeholders

Deploy and sustain Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure infrastructure

Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee system stability and performance

Create and enhance deployment pipelines and automation scripts

Monitor system status and respond quickly to operational concerns

Keep detailed documentation of incident management processes

Deliver technical support and advice to client teams as required

Engage in ongoing improvements of DevOps methodologies

Present and relay technical information clearly to clients

Adhere to client specifications and industry standards

Help troubleshoot complex distributed system issues

Ensure security protocols are maintained throughout DevOps activities

Proven experience in DevOps engineering with at least 2 years of relevant practice

Hands-on proficiency with Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure

Familiarity with managing and resolving production incidents

Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Effective communication and presentation skills for client engagement

Experience working collaboratively in remote, multicultural teams

English language skills at B1+ level

Understanding of insurance industry workflows and terminology

Experience communicating with clients in regulated settings

Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps methodologies
