Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and reliable server-side solutions using Java and Spring Framework

Build, improve, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with front-end and third-party systems

Work closely with product managers, QA, DevOps, and front-end engineers to gather requirements and deliver quality features

Conduct thorough unit testing and ensure automated test coverage for backend logic

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems using monitoring and log analysis tools such as Splunk

Lead code reviews and uphold coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines

Contribute to the enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and support continuous integration and automated deployment

Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives

Mentor junior developers, encourage knowledge sharing, and foster technical growth within the team

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline

At least 3 years of professional experience in backend software development with strong expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot

Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, including RESTful API development and security practices

Hands-on experience in enterprise environments, preferably with Weblogic application server

Proficiency with monitoring, troubleshooting, and observability tools such as Splunk

Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills in Agile/Scrum settings

English proficiency, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher

Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Redux, and TypeScript, with the ability to collaborate across the stack

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Jenkins

Experience in SQL
