Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and employees to ensure a friendly first interaction
- Coordinate front desk activities and manage reception responsibilities
- Process administrative invoices and organize document workflows
- Handle mailing and shipping operations
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Manage the ticket support system for prompt resolution
- Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Events & Marketing to plan events and meetings
- Coordinate office upkeep, repairs, and vendor communication
- Arrange taxi transport and manage conference room bookings
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Oversee cleaning and security service providers
Requirements
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High sense of responsibility and independence
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills in a dynamic environment
- English language skills at B1 level or higher
