Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of handling complexity

Excellent presentation and communication skills with senior stakeholders

Experience facilitating knowledge sharing and team skill development

English proficiency at B2 level with excellent communication abilities

Comprehensive knowledge of insurance processes and industry standards

Experience communicating with clients in regulated industries
