Responsibilities
- Engage with interdisciplinary teams throughout all project stages, beginning with client alignment and contextual understanding, through insight discovery, opportunity definition, and design implementation
- Listen with curiosity and openness to clients and consumers to comprehend their needs and motivations, focusing on delivering meaningful consumer-centric solutions
- Develop a wide array of ideas to solve challenges, leveraging ideation processes and facilitating team creativity
- Create live visual records of collaborative sessions to capture key insights and ideas
- Translate complex experiences into clear, core components and select the best forms, such as sketches or prototypes, to communicate the team’s vision
- Design comprehensive solutions enabling consumers to interact with new business strategies and opportunities
- Establish design principles and guidelines to preserve the envisioned experiences’ long-term quality
- Convert abstract strategies into practical tools to support design and development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, Communications, or a related creative discipline
- Five or more years of relevant professional experience
- At least two years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- Experience managing teams of 5 or more for at least one year
- Completed two full project cycles or multiple projects covering various phases of development
- Strong visualization skills, including drawing and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Effective presentation and storytelling capabilities to communicate ideas clearly
- Comfortable representing the team’s vision in client-facing scenarios
- Proven ability to collaborate in team environments, balancing independent work and guided tasks
- Experience with user or consumer research, ideation, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and concept visualization
- Ability to quickly produce visualizations at different detail levels
- Willingness to travel to the US approximately four times a year for research or client meetings
- Portfolio featuring examples of storyboarding, journey mapping, and concept visualization
- Proficient English communication skills at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
