Support configuration activities for insurance policy administration

Learn configuration filework activities, including rating, UI, error messages, and document prototypes

Create Epics, Features, and User stories in MS Azure DevOps for complex functionality implementation

Contribute to the knowledge repository by capturing knowledge transfer and activities using MS Office and SharePoint

Triage production issues for the CORE team

Create and maintain understanding documents outlining issues

Develop user requirements documents to define solutions

Assist in requirement elicitation and estimation

Liaise with business users, vendor BAs, and development teams to understand issues and determine actions

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis

Insurance domain knowledge

Strong documentation analysis skills

Experience with SQL

Experience documenting requirements during knowledge transfer sessions

Eagerness to learn and support a growing account and team

Experience working in a distributed team environment

Good English communication skills with experience in direct customer interaction (CEFR B2 or higher)

Experience with Insurity software

Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance

Experience in requirements and change management
