Responsibilities
- Perform daily administration tasks including user creation, permission setup, and role assignments
- Monitor system health and data accuracy to ensure efficient Salesforce operations
- Implement configuration enhancements such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports providing actionable insights for teams
- Communicate effectively to share ideas and achieve shared goals
- Manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct technical research, analyze findings, and propose optimized solutions
Requirements
- 1-2 years minimum of experience in Salesforce administration
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including validation rules, page layouts, custom fields, and objects
- Proficiency in creating actionable reports, filters, and dashboards
- Experience with automation tools such as Process Builder, Salesforce Flows, or Approval Processes
- Understanding of data management tools like Data Loader and Import Wizard for data uploads and cleaning
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle routine tasks with diligence
- English language proficiency at the B2 Upper-Intermediate level
