Lead and coordinate Product Owners and Business Analysts in CRM roadmap formulation

Collaborate with Client stakeholders and internal teams to define business vision and goals

Prioritize high-level roadmap and align schedules with project teams

Monitor CRM system performance and user adoption to identify improvements

Navigate and enable Business Analysts and Development Teams during project execution

Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders on CRM best practices and business impact

Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration

Lead CRM implementation projects as primary contact for stakeholders and project teams

Coordinate project plans, timelines, and budgets ensuring delivery within scope and budget

Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to ensure project success and satisfaction

Proven experience of 2+ years in CRM consulting or Product Owner/Manager roles

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into CRM solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels

Project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams

Solid experience working in agile environments

Experience working in international and multicultural settings

Proficient English language skills (C1 - Advanced)
