Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams throughout all project phases, from initial client alignment and contextual understanding to identifying insights, defining opportunities, and creating actionable design expressions
- Actively listen to clients and consumers with curiosity and openness to understand their needs and motivations, setting aside personal biases to focus on creating meaningful consumer-focused solutions
- Generate a wide range of ideas when faced with challenges, leveraging your ideation skills and facilitating the creative process with team members
- Live-scribe during collaborative sessions, interpreting and visualizing conversations in real time to capture key ideas and insights
- Communicate the team’s vision by distilling complex experiences into their core elements and selecting the most effective medium to bring ideas to life, such as sketches, storyboards, prototypes, or videos
- Design holistic solutions that allow consumers to engage with and experience new business strategies and opportunities
- Establish design criteria and guidelines that ensure the long-term integrity of the envisioned experiences
- Translate abstract strategies into tangible, actionable tools to guide design and development efforts
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Art, Communications, or a related creative field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in relevant roles
- Minimum of 2 years in leadership positions such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team of 5 or more employees
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or multiple projects covering various phases of the development lifecycle
- Exceptional visualization skills, including proficiency in drawing and using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities to effectively communicate ideas and concepts
- Comfortable working in client-facing roles, with the ability to confidently represent the team’s vision
- Experience working collaboratively in group settings, balancing independent work with taking direction
- Exposure to user or consumer research, ideation techniques, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and concept visualization
- Ability to work quickly and visualize ideas across different levels of fidelity
- Willingness to travel to the US approximately once per quarter for research or client meetings
- Portfolio showcasing examples of storyboarding, journey mapping, and concept visualization
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

- Familiarity with Figma as a design tool for collaboration and prototyping
