Develop and maintain Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado or similar tools

Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure high-quality code

Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to maintain system reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client requirements

Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices

Document technical specifications and development processes

Optimize Salesforce platform performance and scalability

Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs

Support deployment and release management activities

Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development roles

Strong experience with Salesforce platform development including UI and API

Proven knowledge of Salesforce Primary Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud

Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Copado or willingness to be upskilled

Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices

Clear understanding of code quality standards and software development lifecycle

Ability to monitor and manage production environments effectively

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

English language proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level

Experience with Einstein 1 Platform

Familiarity with Salesforce platform integration techniques
