Responsibilities
- Engage with diverse teams across all project phases, including aligning with clients, understanding contexts, developing insights, identifying opportunities, creating actionable designs, and executing go-to-market plans
- Utilize both creative and analytical tools to address real-life challenges
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to uncover consumer needs, behaviors, and issues
- Synthesize research data to derive key insights and opportunity spaces
- Construct visual frameworks to outline pain points and innovation areas
- Ideate new product, service, and experience concepts that resonate with consumers and align with business aims
- Confirm ideas and solutions through qualitative and quantitative validation
- Prepare compelling narratives and client presentations to communicate insights and solutions
Requirements
- Degree in a design or creative field, human behavior discipline, or analytical area such as engineering, business, or economics
- Five or more years of relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years experience in leadership positions such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- One year or more managing teams of at least 5 employees
- Participation in a minimum of 2 full project cycles or multiple projects at various development stages
- Experienced in design thinking methodologies for innovation and problem-solving
- Excellent presentation and communication capabilities to articulate concepts and solutions
- Capable of working collaboratively in group settings with balanced independence and direction
- Exposure to consumer or user research, ideation, sketching, prototyping, and conceptual visualization
- Proven client communication skills and effective presentation delivery
- Availability to travel quarterly to the US for research or client meetings
- Portfolio demonstrating insight identification, opportunity development, and framework design
- English language skills at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
