Responsibilities
- Lead design and configuration of SAP HCM modules including Time Management, Payroll, and Personal Administration
- Oversee rollout of Employee and Manager Self-Service platforms
- Coordinate workshops with stakeholders to collect and convert business needs into functional requirements
- Manage configuration and testing phases ensuring data accuracy across SAP and connected systems
- Implement automation scenarios such as work schedule auto-generation and payroll simulations
- Support AI and RPA deployments for workflow validations, document generation, and compliance checks
- Collaborate across HR, IT, and business units to align solutions with digital transformation objectives
- Monitor SAP HCM integrations with external systems and promptly resolve any issues
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards within HR systems
- Document system configurations and track project milestones
Requirements
- Proven track record with SAP HCM modules including Time Management and Payroll (7+ years)
- Strong consulting skills with capability to lead workshops and manage client engagements
- Experience in automation projects utilizing AI and RPA technologies
- Technical expertise in SAP integration with third-party applications
- Analytical abilities to validate data integrity and resolve configuration problems
- Project management experience in HR technology implementations
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration among HR, IT, and business teams
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with OCR and machine learning solutions
- SAP HCM or related module certification
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory aspects in HR systems
- Involvement in digital transformation programs within HR
