Work alongside clients to define and express a clear vision for their business in the short, medium, and long term

Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ operational and financial frameworks

Perform detailed market research and competition analysis to identify trends and growth areas

Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to extract valuable insights

Lead or assist multidisciplinary teams through all phases of projects, including client alignment, context exploration, insight development, opportunity discovery, design creation, and implementation planning

Create and present innovation roadmaps guiding clients from strategy formation to execution

Build financial models to estimate the value of innovative ideas, often analyzing novel concepts with limited precedents

Combine various work outputs into cohesive presentations and confidently present to executive-level clients

At least 5 years of professional experience in business strategy or similar fields

Minimum of 2 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, or Coordinator

At least 1 year managing teams of five or more

Experience participating in two or more full project lifecycles or multiple projects with varied phases

Ability to develop detailed financial models for evaluating business opportunities and strategies

Strong presentation and communication skills

Experience collaborating in teams with designers and engineers

Proven experience consulting at senior organizational levels

Excellent client-facing communication skills with confidence engaging executive clients

Willingness to travel to the US quarterly for client meetings or research

Portfolio showcasing market or competitive analyses, framework development, and financial modeling

English proficiency at B2 level or above with strong communication capabilities

MBA or equivalent advanced degree showcasing expertise in business management and strategy
