Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles, from client alignment and context gathering to insight generation, opportunity spotting, and design creation
- Engage with clients and consumers with openness and curiosity to fully understand their needs and motivations, focusing on consumer-centered solutions
- Generate a broad spectrum of ideas to address challenges, employing ideation techniques and facilitating creative teamwork
- Document discussions in real time during collaborative sessions by visualizing key concepts and ideas
- Express the team’s vision by simplifying complex experiences into core elements and using mediums like sketches, storyboards, or videos to bring ideas to life
- Craft integrated solutions that allow consumers to experience new business strategies and opportunities
- Set design standards and guidelines to maintain consistency and integrity of envisioned experiences over time
- Transform abstract strategies into concrete, actionable tools to guide design and development efforts
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Art, Communications, or a related creative field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in relevant roles
- Minimum of 2 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- Experience managing teams of 5 or more employees for at least 1 year
- Participation in 2 or more full project cycles or multiple projects covering various development phases
- Exceptional skills in visualization including drawing and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for effective concept communication
- Comfortable engaging in client-facing roles to confidently represent the team’s vision
- Experience working collaboratively in teams while balancing independent work and direction
- Familiarity with user or consumer research, ideation, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and concept visualization
- Ability to quickly visualize ideas at different fidelity levels
- Willingness to travel to the US approximately quarterly for research or client meetings
- Portfolio showcasing storyboarding, journey mapping, and concept visualization examples
- Excellent English communication skills at B2 level or above, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Figma as a tool for design collaboration and prototyping
